Check the details before replacing a part
A replacement part needs to match your bike’s exact setup. Start with the model, approximate year and any part number or label, then compare the specifications on the product page.
For batteries, chargers, motors and displays, check the stated voltage, mounting system and connectors. Similar-looking parts may use different electrical systems. For mechanical parts, compare dimensions and mounting points. If the details are missing or you cannot identify the version, send photos to our Bondi Junction team before ordering.
Ask about compatibilityWill a battery with the same voltage fit?
Voltage is only one check. The mounting case, connectors, dimensions and electrical system also need to be compatible. Send photos of the existing battery and its labels if you need help confirming a replacement.
What information helps identify a replacement part?
Include the bike model, approximate year and the old part’s model number. Clear photos of the whole bike, the part, its mounting points and any connectors help us check the correct version.
What happens if a part is on backorder?
We will reconfirm supplier stock and an estimated delivery date after your order. If we cannot supply the part, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
