Born in Sydney.
Built around the ride.
Volition began in Sydney in 2016 as VOLT, with a simple idea: bring performance, style and value to electric bikes. In late 2019, we became Volition E-Bike.
Our range has grown around different ways to ride, from everyday trips and family journeys to exploring off-road. Our own engineered Volition models sit alongside selected bikes from other brands. Finding the right fit starts with how you want to ride.

Our home is Sydney, but our customers are across Australia. Whether you visit in person or get in touch from further away, we welcome your questions before you buy and when you need help with your bike.

You’re in good company.
More than half our customers are based outside Sydney. Tell us how you plan to ride, the models you’re considering and your postcode. We can help you compare the options and explain delivery to your area.
Already own a bike? Send your purchase details, model and photos or a video of the issue. We’ll help assess it remotely where practical and explain the next steps if an inspection is needed.
Delivery & setup
We deliver e-bikes across Australia. Delivery charges are shown at checkout for your address and can vary by bike. Send us your model and postcode if you’d like to confirm the options before ordering.
Bikes generally arrive mostly assembled, with some setup required. Ask us about the assembly steps for your model so you can plan ahead.

Not all bikes are available to test ride. Message us first to discuss the models you’d like to try. Allow 30–60 minutes for your session.

Workshop & support
We service Volition bikes, bikes purchased from us and selected other brands, subject to workshop availability. Please plan to leave your bike with us; we generally don’t offer on-the-spot service.
Allow a few days when parts are needed or the workshop is busy. Complex jobs may take 2–3 weeks or longer. Labour starts from $160/hour, with a quote provided for approval.
Warranty & returns
Our standard limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the electrical system and major bicycle components for one year, unless different terms are stated for a product. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are excluded. General change-of-mind returns are not offered.
This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To request help, email your purchase details, bike model, a description of the issue and photos or videos.
Choosing your e-bike
Tell us about your usual distance, hills, rider height, what you need to carry and your budget. We can help narrow down the models that suit your riding.
Riding range varies with terrain, rider and cargo weight, speed, assistance level and conditions. Ask about your intended use when comparing bikes.
