Designed and assembled in Australia, Wallaby combines an upright riding position, stable handling and responsive mid-drive assistance for daily commuting and weekend riding. Its 48 V 700 Wh battery supports practical everyday trips, with assistance that helps on hills and longer rides.
i3 — belt drive: Shimano Nexus 3-speed internal gears with belt drive included. Reference price $5,499.
X10 — chain drive: Shimano 10-speed external gears with a chain, cassette and derailleur. Reference price $4,299.
Both builds have S/M and L frame choices in a single Black & White dual-tone finish. All configurations are discontinued; this page is retained for owners and reference. Original power choices are shown separately.

The i3 combines a comfortable upright riding position with suspension, hydraulic disc brakes, wired-in lights, a pannier rack and full mudguards for everyday commuting and longer weekend rides.

Yes. You can with the unrestricted version only. The throttle works like an e-moped; but it’s not recommended to use the throttle only for long periods of time or climbing the hills. It is an e-bicycle after all.
E-bike batteries should last up to 5 years before dropping to 50% of their original capacity or even lower. The degeneration occurs gradually.
We have a short video illustrating the steps. Basic tools are also supplied in the box. You could also seek help from a local shop.
Most parts are just regular bike parts. You could get help from any bike store. If you ever counter any electrical issue (which is actually rare), we can remotely diagnose the issue and send over the replacement parts. We could also arrange a courier pick up and have it serviced in Sydney.
