Koala BBSHD Max Performance

A pre-order is for a bike that is not currently in stock. You pay approximately 30% of your selected total at checkout, rounded to the nearest $10. The exact deposit and remaining balance are shown before payment. Your deposit is credited against the full order price, including selected upgrades and delivery.

Volition will confirm the estimated availability and keep you informed of material delays. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. If we cannot supply your order within the agreed or a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid before dispatch or collection. Changes to your setup or delivery require an agreed revised quote.

You may cancel a standard pre-order before dispatch or collection and receive a refund of the amount paid. Any special-order or custom work with different cancellation terms requires your separate written agreement before that work starts. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Our Returns & Warranty policy also applies. These terms do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
