Can this pannier rack automatically be used for a child seat?
Do not assume so from its wheel-size range or universal mount. A child seat requires a rack and bicycle specifically suitable for that use, within their rated loads; confirm the exact rack specification with Volition.

This is a strong pannier rack we have been using for a whole. Good for bags and child seats.
It has a universal mounting system which should be compatible with most bike frames if not all.
Supports 26, 27.5 or 29-inch bikes
