Which bikes?
Most Volition electric bikes support a throttle. Compatible models include:

How to install it?
- There is a colour-coded plug near the display for connecting a compatible throttle.
- Use an allen key to loosen the throttle clamp, slide it onto the handlebar, then tighten it.
Why choose the left side? A lot of people have asked us why the throttle is not on the right like a motorbike.
- E-bikes are different from motorbikes. The right hand is busy with shifting and front braking.
- The left hand is better suited to operate the thumb throttle and the rear brake.
